Debt is a universal problem and the real problem is that there is no universal solution to it. Every sphere of life we find the debt issue and every individual fighting his or her way out of the debt. The same is in the world of design. The world of designers is also filled with debts. The real problem lies in the fact that designs are not considered an asset when it comes to lending money. The designers do not get the option of mortgaging their art and design works to the banks or other financial institutions. The true value of a design or art is known only when the product is out for an auction or is on sale.

The other haunting factor about debts is that the designers like me are less aware about the debt management methods. There is a need for an external agency or person to manage the debts and our funds.
